| You may return your rental equipment to any of TripTel's locations. However, there is a $25 charge for equipment returned any location other than the original point of rental. Many cell phone rental companies will mail you a receipt a month after you've checked out. At TripTel, if you check-in your equipment in person we will provide you with a check-in receipt immediately. | |

Drop off After Hours |

| All airport locations are equipped with an after hours drop off box. Our staff will check in the equipment left in the drop off boxes the next business day. | |

Return Rental Equipment via Shipping |
|

In the event that you can not return the equipment to one of our locations, you can ship them back to us,
using the pre-addressed Federal Express shipping Air bill. You will be charged the appropriate shipping
cost on your finalized rental contract.
From outside the United States you need to send the equipment to our San Francisco main office, using any shipping company, such as Federal Express or DHL. Our Address is available at the top of your rental contract or the bottom of this page. |

| When you use the drop off box at one of our Airport locations or ship the rental equipment to us, our staff will finalize your rental contract, charge/credit your credit card no. on file, and send you a description of all the charges via e-mail, fax, or mail. |
